We are grateful for the dedication and teamwork shown throughout the process. Our resilience and focus have been crucial, as our foundation remains strong despite the challenging market environment, allowing us to confidently face the future.

With the smooth progress of the 2028 strategy, we have not only exceeded market growth but also outperformed our peers. Thanks to our strong innovation and cross-regional coordination capabilities, we have unique advantages that enable us to quickly adapt to changing demands and stand out in the market. Ultimately, our resilience culture, Westlake spirit, expert skills, and dedicated employees are the key factors driving our success.

Now is the critical moment for us to leverage our strengths and drive business growth. We have set ambitious goals for 2026, and we need the drive and vitality to achieve these goals. Our employees and entrepreneurial spirit are the keys to our success.

Dear Colleagues:

2025 presented us with significant resistance and challenges far beyond our expectations. Nevertheless, I am proud of the achievements of all teams in the APAC region.

We have continued to advance large-scale infrastructure projects, retail customer loyalty programs, and collaborations in the automotive and industrial sectors. We have also taken key measures in production layout, supply chain optimization, and organizational structure upgrades, laying a solid foundation for future long-term development.

In 2025, we made positive progress in safety again, and I am delighted to see the high level of attention given to safety. However, at Westlake, building a stronger safety culture still requires our continuous improvement. Let us continue to transform our mindset in 2026, from 'only responsible for my own safety' to a culture where 'everyone is responsible for each other's safety'.

The year 2025 has come to an end. With heartfelt thanks to every colleague for their hard work and dedication throughout the year. I look forward to working alongside everyone in 2026 to create new chapters.

Dear colleagues of Westlake BFM China:

As we embark on the new journey of 2026, we are ready to face the new challenges. Looking back at 2025, we experienced unprecedented challenges in the industry but also gained precious growth. Today, I would like to share with you the spirit of 'facing the difficulties of the cycle, firmly adhering to the will to break through, and creating a win-win path together'.

1. Face the difficulties of the cycle: bravely confront the downturn, and rationally view the challenges. Here are three key points: 'refuse path dependence, beware of single-point vulnerability, and avoid negative defense';

2. Firmly adhere to the will to break through: continue to build and expand core competitiveness, and reconstruct competitiveness with the "antifragile" strategy;

3. Create a win-win path: in 2026, the company will upgrade market development and inject new momentum for sustainable growth for our dealer partners;

Colleagues, at the 2026 business training conference held on December 18, 2025, we completed the unity of thought and strategic deployment in advance, and gained the high recognition of all employees and dealer partners. The consensus of thought has been formed, the combat team is ready for action, and the next step is to follow up strongly and implement precise strategies.

Looking forward to 2026, our goals are clear and firm. We recognize that the development logic of the battlefield has changed, and we face the difficulties of the cycle. Proactive transformation and breakthrough is the only way out; we have identified the sword of breaking through; multiple upgrade measures create possibilities for future success. What is equally important is that the whole body of cadres can take the lead in action, which can not only strengthen the confidence of merchants but also serve as the basic guarantee for the progress of the entire Westlake BFM China team.

I believe that when the next spring comes, every effort we make today will become our strongest confidence!
